ive spent atleast an hour trying to figure out how to play,so far ive learned how to get to the development phase in the old ui, but I cant JUST CANT publish it despite having what seems to be the correct things I need, coding is 10 with +0 everything else is 0 but with a + of 4 and above. I dont know how many times ive tried reforming it to see if that would help, but it diddnt. after that I spent atleast 30 minutes scouring the game for a hint of the tutorial,but no luck there either. I love the game so far and id love it more if I could just get farther.
